Booking an appointment

  • I can’t click on any dates in the calendar. What do I have to do?

    It just means that we don’t have any appointments left.
    Our booking agenda is open once a month. Do not hesitate to check our availabilities regularly.

  • Do you have a waiting list?

    Yes we do.

    The waiting list is available on the page “Book an appointment” only if our agenda is fully booked.

    If you subscribe to our waiting list, we will contact you by phone or by email only  if there is a cancellation and a new spot is available. Your subscription will be valid from your subscription date to the next agenda opening.

    If you can’t book an appointment for the next agenda opening, you will have to subscribe again to the waiting list.

  • I have not received my confirmation email for my appointment. What should I do?

    Please check your SPAMS. If you can’t find your confirmation email there, send us an email at

About my COHEA appointment

  • What do I need for the appointment?

    A table and a chair plus an access to a bathroom or a kitchen sink.
    Prepare the products you are currently using in order to make an inventory and also your questions.
    For the rest, we got you ?.

  • Do you have a Covid-19 protocol?

    Yes, I do. Please read the following page for more info: COVID-19 PROTOCOL

  • How long does a service last?

    • Between 1h30 and 3 hours for the services including a cut, a shampoo and curl definition or a treatment.
    • Between 45 minutes and 1 hour for a cut without shampoo. Only for existing clients who already had a COHEA cut.
  • How can I pay my service?

    Cash (we don’t have any change) or with Bancontact mobile application on your phone.

  • How to cancel an appointment?

    At least 48 hours before by email : or
    by phone +32492750196. To enable us to contact a client from the waiting list.

Cuts, treatments and products

  • How to prepare to a Shape My Curls cut ?

    We only high quality products with ingredients certified organic and/or natural.

  • How to prepare to a Dust My Curls cut ?

    Don’t forget that Dust My Curls is a cut without a shampoo session. 😉 This service is only for clients who already got a “Shape My Curls” service.
    To give you the best results ever, have your curls dry, clean and defined for the day of the appointment.

  • Do you use natural products ?

    We only use high quality products with a majority of certified organic and/or natural ingredients.

  • I have straight hair, can I get a dry cut from COHEA?

    It would have been an honor but we chose to specialize in curly hair cuts and care.

    COHEA is a at-home hairstyling service.
    We work in Brussels and its direct periphery.

  • I don’t live in Brussels or its direct periphery. How can I get an appointment?

    We can travel outside of Brussels with an additional cost.
    Please mention it in the booking form in order for us to review your request.

  • What are your opening hours?

    From Wednesday to Saturday (except for weddings, shootings, workshops, some bank holidays,…).
    We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Belgian bank holidays.
