I can’t click on any dates in the calendar. What do I have to do?
It just means that we don’t have any appointments left.
Our booking agenda is open once a month. Do not hesitate to check our availabilities regularly. -

No we do not have a waiting list.

I have not received my confirmation email for my appointment. What should I do?
Please check your SPAMS. If you can’t find your confirmation email there, send us an email at booking@cohea.be

How long does a service last?
- Between 1h30 and 3 hours for the services including a cut, a shampoo and curl definition or a treatment.
- Between 45 minutes and 1 hour for a cut without shampoo. Only for existing clients who already had a COHEA cut.

How can I pay my service?
Cash (we don’t have any change) or with Bancontact mobile application on your phone.

How to cancel an appointment?
At least 48 hours before by email : booking@cohea.be or
by phone +32492750196. To enable us to contact a client from the waiting list.

How to prepare to a Shape My Curls cut ?
We only high quality products with ingredients certified organic and/or natural.

How to prepare to a Dust My Curls cut ?
Don’t forget that Dust My Curls is a cut without a shampoo session. đ This service is only for clients who already got a âShape My Curlsâ service.
To give you the best results ever, have your curls dry, clean and defined for the day of the appointment. -
Do you use natural products ?
We only use high quality products with a majority of certified organic and/or natural ingredients.

I have straight hair, can I get a dry cut from COHEA?
It would have been an honor but we chose to specialize in curly hair cuts and care.

What are your opening hours?
From Wednesday to Saturday (except for weddings, shootings, workshops, some bank holidays,…).
We are closed on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Belgian bank holidays.
