Booking an appointment
1. How do I make a first appointment?
Want to take care of your wavy, curly, coily, or afro hair in Brussels? You can find more information about our appointment process on the page: Booking request.
2. How do I know if my appointment has been confirmed?
After booking your appointment, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. In addition, a reminder text message will also be sent to you 24 hours before your appointment.
3. I have not received an appointment confirmation by email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder.
If you can't find your appointment confirmation there, send an e-mail to booking@cohea.be
4. Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, anyone who can't find an appointment can put themselves on the waiting list.
5. How do the waiting lists work?
To join the waiting list, click here.
Sign up for the days you are interested in so that we can contact you quickly if a slot becomes available, either by telephone or via WhatsApp.
First appointment
1. How should I prepare for my first appointment?

2. Is it possible to have my hair colored on the first appointment?
For a first appointment, the color service is not available.
The health of your curls is important, which is why we need to know about them before coloring.
Cancellation / Modification
1. How do I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply.

We provide hairdressing services for children aged 11 and up, as well as for children of COHEA members.

3. Why do I need to register my credit card on Salonkee?
Registering your card is only used to guarantee the appointment you have just made. No payment will be taken at the time of registration.
Payment will only be taken with your consent on the day of your appointment.
