Booking an appointment
1. How do I make a first appointment?
Want to take care of your wavy, curly, coily, or afro hair in Brussels? You can find more information about our appointment process on the page: Booking request.
2. Do you have a waiting list?
Yes, anyone who can't find an appointment can put themselves on the waiting list.
3. I have not received an appointment confirmation by email. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder.
If you can't find your appointment confirmation there, send an e-mail to booking@cohea.be
First appointment
1. How should I prepare for my first appointment?
To best prepare for our appointment and ensure the best results, go to the page: Prepare your appointment.
2. Is it possible to have my hair colored on the first appointment?
For a first appointment, the color service is not available.
The health of your curls is important, which is why we need to know about them before coloring.
Cancellation / Modification
1. How do I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you are unable to cancel, please email us at booking@cohea.be or send a WhatsApp message to +32 492 75 01 96.
2. How can I change my appointment?

1. Do you do children's hair?
We provide hairdressing services for children aged 11 and up, as well as for children of COHEA members.
2. Is the salon for women only?

We use high quality products mainly made of organic and/or natural ingredients.

1. I haven't received an email notifying me of my order?
Please check your SPAM or junk mail.

3. What is the delivery time for my order?
COHEA - Conscious Health & Appearance undertakes to dispatch your order within 2 working days of its validation, except in exceptional circumstances (strikes, holidays, etc.).
Delivery is handled by BPost or DPD, with an estimated time of 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination country and the carrier.
Please note that any delays in delivery do not entitle you to compensation.
Loyalty program
membership
1. How can I become a COHEA member and be part of the loyalty program?
To become a COHEA member, all you have to do is benefit from a service at COHEA or create an account when you make a purchase at the studio.
You will automatically be part of our loyalty programme.
Managing and using points
1. I already have points on my account. When did they start counting?
Points have been counting since 25 May 2024. All purchases made from this date onwards have accumulated points in your account.
2. Can points expire?
No, points do not expire.
3. Where can I view my loyalty points?
You can view your loyalty points by logging into your Salonkee account, in your profile section.
4. I would like to transfer my points to another person's account, is this possible?
No, it is not possible to transfer your points to another person's account, as your loyalty account is personal.
Reviews
1. When are Salonkee and Google reviews taken into account?
Salonkee and Google reviews have been taken into account since 25 May 2024.
2. How do I know if my review has been taken into account?
On Salonkee, this is done automatically.
On Google, you will receive an email to notify you that your review has been taken into account.
Birthday treatment
1. Why do I have to include my date of birth in my Salonkee account?
Without your date of birth registered in your account, we will not be able to validate your COHEA birthday gift.
