Our mission is to help people understand their wavy, curly, coily and afro hair and offer them a caring wellness experience.
Our company is growing and we are looking for part-time or full-time candidates to strengthen our team and become curl experts.
Your profile
– Graduate of a hairdressing school with at least 2 years’ experience in a salon
– Passionate and/or eager to learn about the science of curls
– Friendly, organised, proactive and motivated.
– You are a team player
– You are fluent in French or Dutch and able to communicate in fluent English
– Ready for a job that truly changes people’s lives
Your mission…
– Provide each customer with a unique experience in line with brand standards
– Perform haircuts, treatments and coloring in line with customer expectations and needs
– Recommend natural, high-quality products suited to their hair type
– Help create content for social media
We offer
– A part-time (35 hours/week) or full-time (38 hours/week) contract with flexible hours for a fixed term of 3 months, with a possibility of a permanent contract.

– Assist the Curl Specialist during haircuts, treatments, coloring and workshops
– Greet customers
– Ensure the workspace is kept clean
– Advise customers on natural, high-quality products suited to their curl type
– Participate in creating content for social media
We offer
– A 4/5 fixed-term contract OR FPIe commitment: Individual Professional Training in a Company (firstly an internship agreement followed by a minimum employment contract equivalent to the internship agreement)

– Graduate of a hairdressing school or self-taught with experience in braiding (braids, twists, box braids, cornrows, etc.).
– Passionate about textured hair and/or eager to learn about modern textures and techniques.
– Friendly, organised, proactive and motivated.
– Good team spirit and customer service skills.
– Fluent in French or Dutch, English is an asset.
– Desire to pursue a career that truly changes the lives of clients.
Votre mission…
– Create a variety of braids and protective hairstyles in accordance with salon standards.
– Create hairstyles for weddings and other events.
– Perform additional services: blow-drying/silk press, tone-on-tone coloring, treatments adapted to textured hair.
– Advise clients on hairstyle maintenance and recommend natural products.
– Participate in creating content for social media.
