COHEA [k.o.e.a] offers you a unique and personalized service. In order to prepare for our appointment and to guarantee you the best result, please follow the instructions that will be given to you beforehand by email when you confirm your appointment.

In case of non-respect, we reserve the right to interrupt the service.

Please do not bring guests to your appointment except if it has been allowed by the curl specialist beforehand.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your service and will have to reschedule it.

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours beforehand to allow us to propose your spot to another person.

It is also possible to reschedule your appointment to a later time.

If you do not show up for a COHEA appointment without notice (except in circumstances such as hospitalization or a true emergency), your future appointment requests will be automatically denied.

Unjustified absences are unacceptable. We have set up a system of appointment confirmation and reminders by email and SMS.

After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of the service via email or text message.

When contacting us, please let us know your specific concerns or issues, and include a few clear, well-lit pictures of the area of concern.
