Rosine, founder of COHEA, an eco-responsible studio in Brussels dedicated to textured hair – wavy, curly, and afro hair.
After several years’ experience in marketing and communications, she decided to redirect her career towards her true passion: natural hair. This conversion led her to train internationally, from London to Amsterdam, as well as the United States, where she became a ‘curl specialist’. In May 2021, building on her expertise and the growing need for a space dedicated to textured hair, she opened her own salon. Her goal: to offer a unique place where each customer can benefit from tailor-made hair care in a warm and caring environment.
Through a personalised approach, Rosine establishes a relationship of trust with her clients, helping them to reconnect with their hair and love themselves more.

Dynamic, smiling and a good listener, Souky is passionate about her job and always ready to take on new challenges. After training in hairdressing and animation, and obtaining a Hair Stylist diploma, she acquired technical knowledge while adopting an approach focused on the well-being of her customers.
Through COHEA, she has found a company that shares her values: innovation, personalised support and a vision where the customer is at the heart of everything.
Souky’s priority? To be attentive to the needs of her customers and to support them with tailor-made solutions.
What she appreciates most in her work is the human relationships. Helping her customers simplify their hair routine and seeing them leave with a smile on their face after finding a solution that suits them are her greatest satisfaction.
Her motto? Every problem has its solution.
Her favourite product? Serenity Smoothing Cream. Moisturising and versatile, it’s her ally in making every hair look its best.
When Souky’s not at the salon, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing sport, cooking or relaxing in front of a good series on Netflix.

Dynamic, smiling and optimistic, Celena is a good listener, passionate about what she does and always ready to invest herself fully in her projects. After completing her university studies in the Netherlands, she returned to Belgium, where she worked for a time in the catering industry. She then decided to take a training course in digital marketing to deepen her skills and develop new ones, driven by her constant thirst to learn.
Why did she choose to join COHEA? A genuine alignment with her values: self-acceptance, empowerment and caring. She sees the company as an environment where listening and respect are essential, for both employees and customers, and where every voice counts.
What she particularly appreciates about her job is the creative freedom it gives her, allowing her to express her ideas in original and powerful ways. She also loves the variety of projects that come her way.
Her motto? Life is too short to wait. A mantra she applies in both her personal and professional life.
Outside work, Celena recharges her batteries by reading, spending time with her family and friends, and knitting in front of a good film/series to relax.

Studying journalism and communications enables her to combine her listening skills with her attention to detail to deliver a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Attracted by the world of hairdressing, a field she finds fascinating and rewarding, she decided to join COHEA. She was seduced by COHEA’s warm and soothing atmosphere, offering her an environment in which she feels completely at ease.
What can customers expect from Manon? Invaluable support for all their practical questions, from making appointments to advice on how the salon works. Her main aim is to make life easier for customers when it comes to booking appointments or transferring their photos.
What she enjoys most about her job is being a real support to customers, and making their experience with COHEA as seamless as possible, right from their first contact.
