1. Organiser

The contests via Instagram/Facebook (hereinafter referred to as ‘contests’) are organised by COHEA CONSCIOUS HEALTH AND APPEARANCE SRL located at Rue de Portugal 1 bte 1 1060 Brussels (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Organiser’).

2. Participation Conditions

  • The ‘’contests’ are open to persons aged 18 or over residing in the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) who have participated in the contests:
    a) Travel-size sets: by answering the question under the contest post in the comments: ‘What is your favourite product and why could you not live without it?’.
    b) Gift vouchers: by participating in the prize draw at the COHEA studio.
    c) CURL SPA service: by participating in the prize draw at the COHEA studio.
  • Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

Participants can take part in the competition via one or the other channel, or both, as follows:

  • Via Instagram/Facebook: by commenting on the contest post with an answer to the question: ‘What is your favourite product and why couldn’t you live without it?’
  • At the COHEA studio: by participating in the prize draw at the studio.
  • Participating on Instagram or Facebook counts as a single entry, even if you interact on both platforms.
  • Anyone with an appointment or making a purchase on the day of the contest at the COHEA studio is eligible to participate. However, this does not grant any additional chances of winning.
  • Each participant is entitled to enter all three competitions. However, only one prize may be awarded per person. If a participant is selected in the draw for one of the prizes, they will automatically be removed from the draw for the other prizes.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted per channel.
  • Multiple entries by the same participant on the same channel will result in disqualification.

4. Price

The contests will reward 5 winners with the following prizes::

  1. Via Instagram/Facebook: Two travel-size sets will be given to the winners (each winner will receive one set).
  2. At the COHEA studio*: two gift cards worth €50 offered to the winners (one €50 gift card per person).
  3. At the COHEA studio*: the CURL SPA service ( https://salonkee.be/salon/coheastudio?lang=en ) offered to the winner

5. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.  
     – For the Curl Spa and Gift cards competitions, the draw will take place on the day of each competition, and the winners will be announced on the day of their entry.  
     – For the contest to win two travel-size product sets, the random draw will be conducted from all entries received between 10 a.m. on 17 December 2025 and 10 a.m. on 24 December 2025.
  • The draw will take place on Friday, 2 January 2026 at 10 a.m.
  • Winners will be determined by a separate draw for each prize. Participants may only win once during the entire duration of the competition.
  • Winners will be notified by email or Instagram message within 3 to 5 working days after the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 3 working days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Pricing terms

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded.
  • No cash equivalent or alternative will be offered.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
  • Prizes (gift card & CURL SPA) are valid until 31 March 2026. After this date, they can no longer be claimed or used.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Participants agree that their personal data may be used in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and solely for the purposes of the Advent calendar competitions.
  • By participating, participants agree to the collection, storage, use and distribution of their personal information for the purpose of processing and contacting them regarding their participation in the contests.

8. General Terms and Conditions

  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competitions in the event of technical problems, fraud or any other factor beyond its control.
  • The Organiser shall not be liable for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by users of the website or by any equipment or programme associated with or used in connection with the competitions.
  • By entering the contests, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the Organiser’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the contests.
