1. Organizer

The draw (hereinafter referred to as “the Draw”) is organized by COHEA CONSCIOUS HEALTH AND APPEARANCE, located at Rue du Portugal 1 Saint-Gilles (Belgium) (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of Benelux (Belgium, Nederland, Luxemburg), Germany and Austria and who answered fully the satisfaction survey 2024 launched from September 8th to September 16th at midnight.
  • Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants must provide their contact information (name, email address, and phone number) to enter the Draw.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed by default.
  • Participants can earn 10 additional entries by leaving a Google review for COHEA ALL ABOUT CURLS. To qualify for the additional entries, participants must send a screenshot of their review by email to info(at)cohea.be. Upon receipt of the screenshot, the Organizer will confirm the participant’s additional entries via email.
  • Multiple entries from the same individual (apart from those generated via the Google review bonus) will be disqualified.

4. Prizes

The Draw will award the following prizes to three (3) winners:

  1. First Prize: A Dyson Pro Blowdryer valued at €449.
  2. Second Prize: A free CURL SPA service valued at €165.
  3. Third Prize: The Innersense Harmonic Hair Renew Set valued at €78.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
  • The Draw will take place on September 17th at 8PM (Brussels time).
  • The winners will be determined by a separate draw for each prize. The draw will be in order of the value of the prizes, from the most expensive to the least expensive. Participants can only win once during the entirety of the contest.
  • Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within ” to 5 days after the Draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, and must be accepted as awarded.
  • No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. Participant Rewards

  • All participants in the Draw will receive a 20% discount on one single order from the online shop, valid until November 30th at midnight. A discount code will be provided upon entry into the Draw.
  • Each participant is allowed to register for each prize draw. Participants have the option to choose one, two or all three of the offered prizes. However, a participant can only win one of the three prizes. If a participant is drawn for a prize, they will automatically be removed from the draw of the remaining prizes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Participants agree that their personal data will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and for the purpose of the Draw only.
  • By entering, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their Draw entry.

9. General Conditions

  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Draw in the event of any technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond its control.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Draw.
  • By participating in the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Draw or the use of any prize awarded.
